A Lot of B.S.:
Your July newsletter reflected your obsession with Perdomo cigars to the point of B.S. I like Perdomos too, but as I explained to one of your customers in the store just the other day, there are a lot of other great cigars too. For instance, I have been buying a lot of Cuban Stock Chubby Shorts lately. Moreover, I reported to you that I approved your recent addition of Joya de Nicaragua Antanos. So how about making your newsletter more balanced?
Customer, Joe Brown
Joe, I don’t think that you are being fair. You are referring to a previous newsletter about Perdomo. But why don’t you take a look at the article in our last newsletter, reprinted below. Enough said?

Chubbys, Long or Short?
When you look at Cuban Stock’s two best sellers they couldn’t look more unlike each other.
The Chubby Long measures seven inches and its dark maduro wrap is almost intimidating. All you have to do is look at it and you know that it’s big time. Even though it does not smoke quite as strong as it looks, it reaches out and grabs strong cigar tasters. But others who try it are often pleasantly surprised as well.
Its sister, the Chubby Short, has much lighter skin but with an extremely rich color tone. Compared with its sibling it’s somewhat of a midget at 5 ½ inches long. But it’s unbelievably tasty!
The “Long” and the “Short” of it is that they are both delicious.
(Cuban Stock cigars all claim to be derived from Cuban seeds grown in the Dominican Republic.)
